Throwaway Rant Poem-ish?

Started out as fun three lines but got way too serious and now this is a post. Wasted my entire day on this and took a lot of effort, but there's some serious dichotomies I pointed out from what I have observed. I used google to find synonyms and eventually ran out of ideas.

Be honest, they say, as they laugh at us

Open Channels, they say, as they block us

Seek truth, they say, as they bury evidence against us

Behave honorably, they say, as they disbelieve us
